With over 15 years of experience leading creative production, photography, and brand strategy across international markets, Jaime Morton-Hawley is recognized for her ability to craft narratives that resonate—and deliver. Her work sits at the intersection of artful storytelling and business intelligence, helping brands achieve measurable growth through intentional, impactful content.
A Published Photographer and PR Firm Director, Jaime’s creative vision has led to over 30 magazine covers and more than 150 international features, blending a sharp editorial eye with strategic execution. Her career began in Miami, where she led content and strategy for a leading men’s publication before founding a boutique PR publishing firm with a cross-continental presence spanning Miami and Dubai.
In Dubai, she spent nearly a decade directing creative campaigns, leading content strategy across F&B, fashion, tech, beauty, and tourism sectors, and establishing her personal brand as a recognized public figure in the region.
She served as Social Creative Lead for multiple notable hospitality groups and Head of Social Strategy for a global photography event, where she managed content systems and brand voice with a focus on consistency, clarity, and results. Her storytelling strategies directly contributed to audience growth, increased brand visibility, and engagement across platforms.
As a Content Production Manager, Jaime led the end-to-end creative direction and production strategy for a diverse portfolio of regional and international clients, including Watsons, Lululemon, Chado Cosmetics, Jumeirah Group’s JClub, and Peet’s Coffee. She and her team was recognized with the ‘Digital Team of the Year’ award at the PRCA MENA Digital Awards. She directed both on-site and in-studio productions, ensured brand alignment across all visual assets, and developed customized training programs to empower staff and in-house teams in industry-standard content production practices.
With her public persona, Jaime has collaborated with and served as both a regional and global ambassador for renowned brands including Laura Mercier, NARS, Watsons, PrettyLittleThing, Dermalogica, and Belif, and was selected for influencer-focused awareness campaigns for brands like Christian Louboutin, Max Mara, Longchamp, Hourglass, and Kenzo. Her partnerships with Fujifilm, Acer Middle East, and hospitality leaders such as Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek, DoubleTree Marjan Island, and Andaz Capital Gate further reflect the breadth and adaptability of her creative leadership.
Her work expands into editorial writing, with lifestyle features published in WKND Magazine, Cosmopolitan Middle East, and official tourism blogs for Sharjah and Ras Al-Khaimah.
Now based in the United States, Jaime continues to serve brands as a content strategist and creative producer, while mentoring emerging creatives through her digital education platform.
